The Top Steel Roof Layer: Our suppliers manufacture Australian‐made Insulated Roof Panels using high-quality steel on the top roof side and the ceiling side. UniCote® and Colourbond® steel are highly durable, come in a wide range of top-side steel roof colour choices and have been rigorously tested to give long lasting colour retention in Australian conditions.
The Middle Foam Insulation Layer: The ‘sandwich filling’ of insulated panels includes an integrated foam core, ranging in thickness from 50mm – 200mm. This foam core layer works to trap air, creating a barrier that keeps temperatures more stable in your covered space. The function of the foam core of these panels works to prevent heat from escaping during colder months and blocks it from entering during warmer ones. This means you can enjoy a more comfortable outdoor environment year-round, while also reducing the energy needed for heating or cooling.
